International legal practice Osborne Clarke in the Netherlands has advised Wireless Logic Group, Europe’s leading Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity platform provider on its acquisition of New Line Mobile.

Headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands, New Line Mobile is an established IoT/M2M managed services provider. In partnership with major mobile operators, the company delivers a one-stop solution combining secure infrastructure, resilient software platforms and multiple network connectivity for system integrators, application providers and end user clients.

This is the third acquisition for Wireless Logic in the Netherlands. The Osborne Clarke team was led by Partner Herke van Hulst and Senior Associate Geoffrey Beurskens and included Partners Cars-Jan van Gool (Civil-Law Notary) and Job van der Pol (Tax) and Associates Arlette Vrolijk (Candidate Civil-Law Notary), Aram Hovanesjan (Tax) and Florien Sanders (Corporate M&A).
