International legal practice Osborne Clarke LLP has advised RM plc, a leading supplier of technology and resources to the education sector, on the sale of its school Management Information System (MIS) business – known as RM Integris and RM Finance (along with RM Accounts and Access Education Budgeting) – to The Key Group for up to £16m in cash.

Osborne Clarke's UK-based Competition team advised RM plc on the investigation by the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and successfully obtained an unconditional Phase 1 merger clearance. The sale completed on 31 May 2023.
