Osborne Clarke advises the Michelin Group in the negotiation of a long lease for the operation of Michelin Group's future collaborative innovation park in Clermont-Ferrand

Osborne Clarke has advised the Michelin Group in the negotiation with TURING 22 of a “commodatum” (long lease) covering an area of over 11 hectares within the Cataroux site.  This will be dedicated to the organization of events, business meetings and will include new catering facilities.

Stéphane Catays, partner, and Alexandra Alaurent, associate, of the Real Estate team, advised the Michelin Group on this transaction.
