International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Growth Capital Partners (GCP) on its investment in Hippo Digital, a cutting edge design and delivery consultancy.

GCP’s investment will assist Hippo Digital to continue to create hi-tech jobs in Leeds and Coventry and expand into areas including Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and London. This investment will see Hippo Digital growing from 200 - 400 people over the next three years.

Since its inception in April 2016, Hippo Digital has quickly established itself as a leading supplier of digital leaders, service design teams and delivery expertise in support of large scale digital transformation programmes to public and private sector organisations.

The Osborne Clarke team was led by Private Equity Partner Tim Hewens who was supported by Associate Director Pippa Byrne, Associates Hannah Rossi and Charles Sunley and Trainee Solicitor Kristy Hart from the Private Equity team.
