Osborne Clarke has advised Evora IT Solutions, a company in the Allgeier Group, on the acquisition of all4cloud. With the acquisition, Evora IT Solutions strengthens its position in the market for cloud‑based SAP solutions and accelerates international expansion in the SAP Business Suite environment.
Evora IT Solutions is a globally active consulting and software company focused on intelligent maintenance and service excellence. As part of the Allgeier Group, Evora IT Solutions has recognised SAP expertise and supports companies in sectors such as energy, manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, transport and the public sector with integrated solutions for asset management, plant maintenance, and customer and field service. The company is now acquiring all4cloud, a specialist in cloud ERP and one of the leading SAP Gold and SAP GROW partners, with locations in Germany and Switzerland.
Through the acquisition, Evora IT Solutions expands its end‑to‑end offering for digital transformation: customers benefit from accelerated rollout of the SAP Business Suite — including SAP Business AI and SAP Business Data Cloud — seamless integration of SAP and non‑SAP systems, and improved scalability options. At the same time, new development paths and a shared, innovation‑driven working environment are being created for employees of both companies.
“The acquisition of all4cloud is a significant milestone in our growth strategy. It helps us harness the full potential of cloud technology for our customers in Germany, Switzerland and the USA,” said Karthik Setty, Managing Director of Evora IT Solutions.
The Osborne Clarke team that advised Evora IT Solutions, led by Philip Meichssner, consisted of Johanna Baumann, Lorenz Chwaszcza, Philip Förster, Nicolas Schmid (all Corporate / M&A), Florian Merkle, Patrick Seiler, Nicole Lucks (all Tax), Konstantin Ewald, Dr Florian Eisenmenger (both IT), André Braig (Employment), Susanne Schricker (Competition) and Duncan Gorst (Disputes & Risk).
