Nicolas Schmid advises national and international companies on corporate law.

Nicolas studied law in Augsburg. After his first state examination, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Trinity College Dublin.

Before Nicolas joined Osborne Clarke as an Associate in 2025, he already worked for Osborne Clarke as a trainee and for a leading sports law firm in Munich, also during his legal training.
