Published on 26th June 2026
International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised AlbionVC on its Series A investment into Flok Health, the world’s first AI-native physiotherapy clinic. Co-investors in the round included Eka Ventures, Mercia Ventures and Form Ventures.
Flok Health has built a fully integrated platform that combines autonomous AI systems with human clinical oversight to deliver personalised rehabilitation and physiotherapy care at scale. For the first time, patients can access a full clinical pathway on demand via a mobile app, with no waiting list. The platform is already available to more than 2.4 million NHS patients across eleven areas of the UK.
This transaction highlights Osborne Clarke’s strength at the intersection of venture capital, AI and digital health, advising institutional investors on complex, regulated health-tech deals. It also underlines the firm’s expertise in supporting emerging companies and their investors through its emerging companies and venture capital (EC/VC) team.
AlbionVC was advised by Osborne Clarke partner Justin Starling and associate director Magnus Williams.
