International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised GSA, the global student accommodation specialist on its partnership with GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund. GSA’s partnership with GIC will target the major university cities in Germany such as Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich.

GSA, the global student accommodation leader, develops, manages and finances student accommodation projects. GSA has become a significant student accommodation operator in Europe and the only operator with student accommodation in nine countries globally.
