Dr Agnieszka Sztoldman appointed Partner and Head of IP at Osborne Clarke Poland

Osborne Clarke has announced the appointment of Agnieszka Sztoldman as Partner and Head of Intellectual Property in its Warsaw office.

Agnieszka is a highly recognised intellectual property expert with extensive experience advising Polish and international clients on complex and precedent-setting IP matters. Her practice covers patents, copyright, trademarks, unfair competition, advertising law and technology-driven disputes, with a strong focus on innovation-led sectors, including digital business, media, life sciences and consumer goods.

She regularly represents clients in high-profile litigation and regulatory proceedings and advises on strategic IP portfolio management, commercialisation of IP rights and risk mitigation in technology-heavy projects. Agnieszka is consistently recognised in leading legal rankings for her expertise and market standing.

Since joining Osborne Clarke, Agnieszka has been a driving force behind the development of the firm’s IP offering in Poland, building a strong and well-recognised practice aligned with the firm’s international, sector-focused strategy.
