TK is an Associate in the London Commercial Team. He advises clients on a range of legal issues, with a particular focus on technology, media and communications.
He has experience advising on commercial issues including e-commerce, advertising and marketing, data protection, intellectual property rights, consumer protection, content and broadcasting and digital regulation. He also regularly coordinates advice from overseas jurisdictions, including managing multi-jurisdictional projects.
TK joined Osborne Clarke in 2018 and qualified into the London Commercial team in 2020. During his training contract, he spent 6 months on secondment with a major UK Telecoms company. Before qualifying as a lawyer, TK worked in-house at both a FTSE 250 retailer and a digital terrestrial television platform.
TK is a regular contributor to Osborne Clarke's Regulatory Outlook and marketinglaw blog. TK is also the co-host of Osborne Clarke's Media Matters podcast which focuses on various issues in the media and entertainment sector.
