Thierry Viérin

Thierry is an experienced employment lawyer, advising clients on workforce restructurings, transfers of undertaking and compensation & benefits. He heads the employment team and was the managing partner of the firm from 2013 to 2020.
Thierry's main sectors are Biotech and Pharma companies, staffing businesses, IT companies and transport & automotive. His clients range from large global players to local clients for whom he provides advice in French, Dutch and English.

I like to provide legal advice and help our clients with the use of new tools such as digital platforms and automated contracts. I'm also interested in decarbonisation and its link with HR, and I have most recently helped clients develop strategies to structurally support a greener workplace by implementing electric car fleets or new ways of hybrid working.
