

Sarah, a Partner in the Corporate team, is experienced in a broad range of transactional work, focusing particularly on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals and joint ventures. Sarah also advises on a range of general corporate matters, including group re-organisations.
Sarah’s recent work includes advising clients in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector, including property and social infrastructure joint ventures for commercial and residential developers, as well as acquisitions and disposals of onshore and offshore property SPVs and disposals of residential shared-equity portfolios.
Sarah also advises clients in the Energy and Utilities sector, having acted on a series of energy project acquisitions and disposals, including rooftop and ground mounted solar projects and reserve power projects.
Sarah joined Osborne Clarke in June 2007, having previously qualified in the City office of Mayer Brown International LLP in 2005.
