Sarah Gräfer

Sarah Gräfer advises clients and represents national and international companies on all aspects of real estate law.

She specialises in real estate transactions. In this field, a focus of her work is the structuring and execution of due diligence processes. Furthermore, she assists and supports in representing clients in and out of court in property and civil disputes.

Another focus of her work is the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts in the area of commercial and private tenancy law.

She mainly acts for investment companies, investors, retail groups, insurers, pension funds and users of office properties.

Sarah studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Cologne. She was admitted to the bar in 2022.
