Piotr Brzózka

Piotr is an advocate in the Real Estate Practice of the Osborne Clarke's Warsaw office. He is an experienced real estate lawyer specializing in the real estate transactions and development process.
Piotr has extensive experience in real estate transactions. He advises developers, investment funds, insurers and financial institutions on structuring and negotiating real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, mergers and acquisitions of real estate companies and joint venture projects. His experience covers all sectors of the real estate market, with a particular focus on office, logistics, retail, BTR/PRS and PBSA projects. Piotr has also extensive experience in renewable energy sources transactions.
Piotr specializes also in the development process. He advises on real estate planning conditions, and assists clients in negotiations of the construction agreements and in proceedings before administrative authorities and administrative courts.
Piotr advises also on commercialisation and recommercialisation of real estate. He supports both landlords and tenants in negotiations and performance of lease and tenancy agreements and advises on implementation of green clauses into the lease agreements.
