Osborne Clarke advised Greenvolt Power on securing €90 million Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) with DNB Bank and mBank, which will be used to finance the development of renewables projects in Poland.

This was a complex project finance project with a 3,5 years repayment tenor, which is actually the first of a kind in Poland (in this sector). This financing is a great example of flexible approach and business attitude of the lenders, mBank and DNB, who were able to arrange for a tailor-made financing designed to suit the purposes of, and business activity of  Greenvolt Power.

We are particularly pleased to have advised on this deal, due to the fact that it further bolsters and supports the development of green energy projects in Poland.
