María is specialized on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, buy outs, restructurings, corporate and business advisory across a wide range of sectors. 

María advises companies operating in different industries, including Technology, Media & Communications, Digital Health Care, Energy and Retail. She also advises clients in their international expansion and in their corporate and commercial day-to-day affairs. 

She studied Law (2014) and did her master's degree in International Business Law (2016), at Esade, in Barcelona. She did her exchange program in Toronto (Canada) at the University of Western Ontario.

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2016.
