Manuel Schuster advises clients on all aspects of German and EU competition law and merger control.

He advises clients on merger control proceedings, the implementation of antitrust compliance programs and on various forms of vertical and horizontal cooperation. He also advises clients in the private enforcement of cartel damages. Thereby, he represents clients before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office and before courts.

Manuel studied law at the University of Mannheim, where he also obtained an LL.B. degree in Business Law. Additionally, he received an LL.M. degree in Dispute Resolutions from the University of Cape Town (UCT). During his legal traineeship in Berlin he put a focus on competition law and regulation law with stages at the Deutsche Bahn AG and an international law firm. Manuel joined Osborne Clarke in 2021.
