Lisa Hennes advises national and international companies on commercial and distribution law and related antitrust issues. She focuses on advising our clients in the automotive sector, inter alia, in contract negotiations and in the enforcement of post-contractual claims.

Lisa specializes in drafting commercial contracts as well as their processing and represents her clients in disputes in and out of court.

As a lecturer at the Nürtingen / Geislingen University of Applied Sciences, which is renowned for the next generation of automotive professionals, she teaches automotive sales and competition law.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2019, Lisa worked as a trainee lawyer and research assistant in international commercial law firms in Cologne, Düsseldorf and London, among others.
