Lara became the firm's Senior Partner in January 2026. She is a Commercial partner with over 25 years' experience advising on high value, complex commercial transactions across a number of sectors, in the UK and internationally.

Much of her client work centres on the transport and energy sectors, alongside a growing focus on Natural Capital projects.

I am committed to delivering a quality service to my clients, many of whom I have supported for well over a decade.

I have a particular interest in Natural Capital and the role that businesses need to play in nature's recovery, to restore essential biodiversity and mitigate the escalating effects of climate change.

As Senior Partner, I prioritise creating a working environment that supports each individual, challenges them to achieve their full potential and enables them to provide excellent service to our clients.  I also champion the firm's pro bono and charitable activities, ensuring we continue to make an active contribution to the local communities in which we operate.
