As an Associate in our Commercial Disputes team, Katie acts for clients across the firm's sectors. 

She has advised on a variety of high-value commercial disputes in the English courts and has experience in international arbitration. Katie has recently worked on competition cartel damages claims and regulated procurement challenges.

Katie trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified as a solicitor in September 2023.

I am passionate about supporting the next generation and I volunteer as a mentor with Visionpath's 'The Bridge' programme. The Bridge aims to provide young people from disadvantaged backgrounds with the skills and knowledge for success, both in higher education and the workplace.

Public procurement – Fourth National Lottery Licence

Advised a client on a high profile public procurement challenge against the Gambling Commission which took place on an expedited basis in the High Court during 2022 & 2023. The challenge concerned the UK's Fourth National Lottery Licence.

Granville Technology Group (in liquidation) (LCD cartel)

Acting for the claimants in the third-ever competition cartel damages claim to reach a final judgment in England and Wales. This claim was in respect of losses arising from the international LCD panel cartel.

Granville Technology Group (in liquidation) (DRAM cartel)

Acting for the claimants in a high value cartel damages claim in respect of losses arising from the international DRAM cartel, proceeding in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
