Jordan advises on corporate law matters, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of corporate groups and financing rounds for companies in the initial stages, both from the investor's side and the company's side.

He holds a double degree in Law and Criminology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Subsequently, he studied a Double Master's degree in Legal Practice and International Business Law at ESADE Business & Law School, Barcelona. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2022, Jordan worked as legal consultant in other law firms. 

He has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2023.
