Ilaria Patti

Ilaria specialises in labour law, industrial relations and advisory. 

She assists Italian and foreign companies in relation to all aspects of personnel management, such as disciplinary disputes, individual and collective dismissals, non-competition agreements, company policies, settlement agreements, and trade union matters. She also advises on extraordinary transactions: M&A, transfers of business, corporate reorganisations and restructuring. 

She has gained experience at leading international firms, as well as at a multinational company operating in the retail sector.
