Helen Parsonage

Helen is a Partner in Osborne Clarke’s Financial Institutions Group. She specialises in fund formation in the alternative asset space, with experience of multiple asset classes but with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital funds.
Helen also advises on formation and regulatory issues for asset management businesses, and acts for a variety of investors with regard to fund investments and segregated mandates. She has over 14 years of experience advising clients in the asset management sector.
Her clients include Notion Capital, ProFounders, Passion Capital, Illuminate Financial Management and TIME Investments. On the investor side she acts for several large UK pension schemes, both public and private.
Helen is recognised in Legal 500 as one of the next generation of private funds lawyers.
Helen qualified at Clifford Chance in 2003 and joined Osborne Clarke in 2008.
