Ghazale Mandegarian-Fricke, LL.M.

Ghazale Mandegarian-Fricke advises clients on all aspects of German and European competition law and merger control.
She represents and advises clients on national and multinational merger control proceedings, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance cases before the European Commission, the Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) and before courts. She also advises on compliance issues, inter alia the admissibility and design of distribution and cooperation agreements.
Ghazale acts for domestic and multinational clients from a broad range of industries and sectors, particularly the automotive, transport, finance and travel sectors.
After her studies in Cologne and Brussels (LL.M.), Ghazale specialized in competition law during her legal training (including stages at the German Federal Cartel Office and international law firms in Cologne, Dusseldorf, and New York). She began her career in the competition law department of Baker & McKenzie in Dusseldorf in 2013. Ghazale joined Osborne Clarke in 2016.
