Dr Felix Dörrenbächer
Dr Felix Dörrenbächer advises national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, with a focus on venture capital transactions and providing ongoing advice to start-ups and investors, particularly in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
Felix supports start-ups and founders throughout the entire life cycle of a start-up – from company formation, through the completion of financing rounds, the structuring of employee participation programmes or changes to the founder team, right through to exit.
His clients further include venture capital and private equity funds as well as family offices, which he advises on investments, acquisitions and disposals. He also supports mid-sized companies and international groups with M&A transactions as well as corporate housekeeping.
Felix holds a doctorate in corporate law and regularly speaks on the financing of start-ups and the design of employee participation programmes.
