Fabian Mimberg advises on corporate law with a focus on venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions.
Fabian advises German and international investors and companies on a wide range of transactions, in particular venture capital financing rounds, company acquisitions and sales, and the structuring of private equity investments.
He also advises start-ups and growth companies from their foundation until exit, on general internal structuring issues, employee participation, various equity and debt financing options, and the sale of the company.
In 2018, he worked for four months as in-house counsel at Eight Roads Ventures in London (secondment)
Fabian studied law in Münster and Sydney, Australia (LL.M.). Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2021, he worked for a major German law firm, also in the area of venture capital, M&A, private equity.
