She regularly advises on the tactical elements to boardroom disputes and change management, including restrictive covenant and team move disputes.
Claire is a core member of our Financial Services sector, where she advises on all elements of the employment life cycle and its regulatory implications, including complex and whistleblowing and discrimination litigation.
Claire also has particular expertise in the workforce issues affecting national and international transport environments, in particular the aviation and rail industries. She has been involved in a number of high-profile matters – including those involving trade union relations, strike avoidance strategies, restructurings and collective issues.
Claire co-leads the employment team's corporate transaction support function and has extensive experience in workforce transfer issues, acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts.
