Christina König advises listed and non-listed companies on all aspects of German and European stock corporation and capital markets law. Her work focuses on issues relating to the rights and obligations of management and supervisory boards, corporate governance, group law and market abuse law. She also has experience supporting shareholders' meetings of listed and non-listed companies. In addition, she regularly advises on public M&A and capital market transactions.

After studying law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen, she completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, with stages at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and at a Magic Circle law firm in Frankfurt and Sydney. Parallel to her legal training, she also worked for several years as a legal research assistant at a Magic Circle law firm in Frankfurt, where she finally began her career as a lawyer.

Before joining Osborne Clark, Christina worked for several years as a lawyer in international law firms in Frankfurt and Munich.
