Charlotte is an Associate Director in the real estate team at Osborne Clarke.

Charlotte’s particular focus is on the energy and utilities sector and her experience covers work across all areas of the sector, including solar, wind and energy from waste. Charlotte has been involved in advising a number of the firm’s key clients in this area and provides real estate advice to funders, investors and developers in relation to the financing, acquisition and disposal of energy projects including solar, wind and AD and biomass facilities.

Charlotte also acts for a number of corporate occupiers advising retailers on their out-of-town as well as high street stores and has in-house experience having spent time on secondment to Marks and Spencer.
