Carla advises on a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters, including negotiating settlements, disciplinary and grievance issues, reviewing service agreements and appointment letters, and contributing to corporate due diligence.
Carla regularly assists employers with Tribunal claims, including defending claims of unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination.
Carla recently undertook a six month part-time secondment with a client, operating as their sole employment counsel on site.
Carla studied Law at University of Southampton before completing the LPC at the College of Law, Guildford.
Carla joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in 2016, undertaking three seats including employment. Carla qualified into the Employment and Benefits team in March 2018.
