Bineta Diambang advises companies on energy law matters, in particular with regard to real estate law.

She specializes in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in renewable energy projects. This includes lease contracts as well as engineering, procurement and construction contracts.

A particular focus of her work is the intersection with real estate law, such as contractual and in rem securing of property rights for projects.

Bineta studied law at the University of Potsdam, obtained Licence en droit (Bachelor of law) and Maîtrise en droit (Master of law) degrees at the University Paris X Nanterre – La Défense in France and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Berlin. She was admitted to the bar in 2017. Before joining Osborne Clarke, she worked as a lawyer in real estate law at an international law firm in Berlin.
