Alex Rose

Alex is an Associate in the Employment team.

Alex advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. 

Alex regularly represents clients in the Employment Tribunal, acting for both employers and individuals from Acas early conciliation through to final hearing and, where necessary, on appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Alex's experience in contentious work includes handling a wide range of claims, including complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims, unfair dismissal, and breach of contract. He also advises on and negotiates COT3 agreements and settlement agreements.

Alex also provides day-to-day advice on a wide range of employment issues, including queries on employment status, performance and absence management, and the handling of disciplinary and grievance processes. He drafts and reviews employment contracts and service agreements, as well as workplace policies and procedures. Alex also advises on the design and enforcement of restrictive covenants and confidentiality provisions, helping clients to protect their business interests and manage the risks associated with senior departures.
