International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Empower Group, a fast-growing UK engineering services platform, on the partnership with Anelec Group Limited, a leading multi-discipline mechanical and electrical engineering provider.
The partnership with Anelec Group marks the fourth by Empower as part of its ambitious growth strategy. Osborne Clarke has advised on all four of the Empower partnerships, working closely with the Empower team to support on Corporate, Tax, Employment, Real Estate and Banking matters.
