Adrian Deuschle

Adrian Deuschle advises clients in all areas of German and European competition law and merger control.

He represents clients on all merger control and competition law proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission and before the courts. 

Adrian studied law at the University of Bayreuth and Sevilla. After his studies he worked as a research associate at the chair for Civil Law, German and European Competition Law of Prof. Dr. Rupprecht Podszun in Düsseldorf. During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne he specialized on competition law with stages at Osborne Clarke as well as another international law firm.
