Aaron is a London-based Associate in Osborne Clarke's Corporate team who advises on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate re-organisation and simplifcation.

Aaron joined Osborne Clarke in November 2019 as a Corporate Paralegal, and subsequently trained then qualified as an Associate in September 2024.

I have acted as Co-Chair of Osborne Clarke's Gender Netowork since July 2023. In the role, I'm passionate about advancing gender equality and creating opportunities for all of our lawyers to succeed. I aim to champion inclusive workplace initiatives and believe that by embracing diversity we not only strengthen our firm but also enhance the value we bring to our clients.
