Our international experts presented an overview of the multi-party structures which can facilitate data sharing – some well established and some still developing. They discussed practical examples from their experience, as well as highlighting the legal and regulatory considerations to take into account in creating or joining these arrangements.
This was the first in a pair of webinars on data sharing structures; the second discussed data ethics and data trusts.
