Ethical decision-making in an ESG crisis
Ethical decision-making lies at the heart of any crisis but particularly so when the crisis itself concerns an ESG issue. In this session, Osborne Clarke will run a decision-making war game framed around a key decision in the midst of an ESG crisis. This will be a chance to discuss with your peers how GC’s can lead from the front in setting the process and principles on which the Board should make critical decisions, including a consideration of the relevant SRA principles and guidance and how to manage conflicting interests. How would you advise the Board of fictional Greenstore in the face of some questionable instincts from the CEO in the unfolding crisis?
