In this webinar we discussed the evolving regulatory landscape for data, beyond the typical data protection and privacy legislation, focusing on the EU Data Act and Data Governance Act as well as developments in the UK, the changes to the data economy, and how data should be taken into account for strategic opportunity.

This panel discussion focused on what digital inclusion is and why it matters, the key ways in which in-house legal teams can help drive digital inclusion, and how lawyers across different businesses can work together to make a difference.
