Osborne Clarke advises Integrity Growth Partners on $22 million investment in Prevalent AI
Published on 15 October 2026
International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Integrity Growth Partners, a Los Angeles-based growth private equity firm focused on software and technology-enabled services businesses, on its $22 million growth equity investment in Prevalent AI.
The transaction demonstrates Osborne Clarke’s combined Private Capital and TMT sector expertise, supporting international investors backing high-growth technology businesses.
Founded in 2017, Prevalent AI uses AI to combine fragmented enterprise data into a continuously updated knowledge graph held within each customer’s own infrastructure. The business has operated profitably since securing its first customer, with annual recurring revenue more than doubling over the past year.
The investment is Prevalent AI’s first primary growth capital and will support international expansion, particularly in the US, strengthen its leadership team and extend its platform beyond cybersecurity into areas including financial crime analysis and compliance.
Prevalent is our first investment in Europe, so this transaction required a legal partner who could help us navigate the UK legal landscape. Osborne Clarke did exactly that, providing needed guidance, practical advice, and strong execution from diligence through signing.
Investing in technology scale-ups requires an understanding of both the business and the investor’s growth strategy. We worked closely with Integrity Growth Partners on its first European investment, drawing on our UK transactional experience and technology sector knowledge to provide commercially focused advice throughout.
The Osborne Clarke team was led by corporate partner James Taylor and associate director Uday Mehra, supported by associate Lauren Hickey. Tax advice was provided by partner Anika Chandra and associate director Natalie Paddock, with employment advice from associate director Amy Moylett.
