Osborne Clarke advises SharpCloud on its acquisition by Lumivero

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised YFM Equity Partners and the management team of SharpCloud on its sale to Lumivero, a US-based provider of research and decision software.
SharpCloud, a UK-based software company specialising in data visualisation and strategic business alignment, will now operate as part of Lumivero's global decision software portfolio, combining its interactive platform with Lumivero's risk analysis and project management products.
Osborne Clarke has acted for SharpCloud since YFM Equity Partners' initial investment in 2019.
