Tim is an Associate in our Corporate team based in the London office.

He advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters.

Following a five-year career as a professional cricketer at Somerset County Cricket Club, Tim trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified in September 2024.
