International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the members of Field Seymour Parkes LLP (FSP) on its sale to the Lawfront Group, a national group of leading regional law firms.  

FSP has grown into one of the largest law firms in the Thames Valley, and this investment by the Lawfront Group provides a platform for FSP to grow in strength and further support both its clients and its people.

We were delighted to support the FSP partners on the transaction, and to see continued investment into the legal sector in the Thames Valley region. It was a real privilege to be asked to support the partners on such a significant transaction for the business. The transaction provided us with another opportunity to demonstrate our knowledge and expertise in the professional services sector.
