In Italy, the Firm closed the 2024 fiscal year with revenues of €21.5 million, recording a five-year growth rate of 35%. The Italian offices have experienced twelve months of major changes. After announcing the transition to a new governance model based on the principles of collaboration and shared vision, the firm elected the Executive Committee, which will remain in office until 2027. The new leadership began its term by making two important lateral hires, aimed at strengthening the corporate and administrative-urban planning areas, respectively.
“The firm is strongly focused on growth,” explain co-managing partners Federico Banti, Enrico Fabrizi, and Giorgio Lezzi. “The figures - €21.5 million in revenues in 2024 with a growth rate of 11% - effectively summarise the period of great vitality we are experiencing, both professionally and in terms of organisation.”
The positive results – across all sectors – reconfirm the central role of the TMC sector, one of the most dynamic alongside Mobility & Infrastructure, Retail & Consumer, and Life Sciences & Healthcare. Assistance in extraordinary transactions and intellectual property law is also growing.
This phase of strong development and change remains anchored to the core values that distinguish the Firm: constant attention to new technologies and innovations, including Artificial Intelligence, and a focus on professionals, the community, and sustainability, as evidenced by the rich calendar of activities and initiatives carried out by the OC Academy and OC For Good programmes.
