Osborne Clarke advises the management team of Legal Benchmarking Group on Delinian's divestment to triple private equity

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the senior leadership team of Legal Benchmarking Group (LBG) upon the sale of the business to Triple Private Equity, following owner Delinian’s divestment.

Legal Benchmarking Group is an accreditation and benchmarking authority which provides practice-area research, rankings, insights and awards for global law, tax, and advisory firms, through a group of market-leading brands including IFLR, Managing IP, International Tax Review and Benchmark Litigation.

Triple Private Equity is a leading buy-out focused private equity firm, specialising in B2B software and data across financial infrastructure and governance, risk and compliance.

The Osborne Clarke team was led by private equity partner Leanne Wright, with Alex Littlefield and Demi Joannides. UK tax advice was provided by partner Mat Oliver with Jonny Squires and Anna Reynolds and employment advice was provided by Leila Ghannam.
