Franck-Olivier Klein is an associate in the real estate department.

He advises and assists on all litigation and non-litigation aspects of the real estate sector (real estate transactions, asset management, town planning, construction law etc.).

He specializes in negotiation of commercial leases (for all kinds of assets: office, retail, hotels, light industrial parks, shopping centres, etc.).

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in January 2018, Franck-Olivier was an associate in the real estate department of Eversheds Sutherland.
Franck-Olivier is a member of the Paris bar since 2013 and holds a postgraduate degree in real estate law (University of Strasbourg, 2010) and a postgraduate degree in business and sports law (University of Nice, 2012).
