Dominic is a debt finance and restructuring lawyer with a broad range of experience in the areas of leveraged finance, corporate lending, private equity and real estate finance.

He acts for banks, other lending institutions, sponsors and borrowers. He is focused on delivering excellent advice to clients and believes that understanding their business and sector is critical to that delivery.

Dominic joined Osborne Clarke in January 2012 after 11 years as a partner at Taylor Wessing.
