An OC international arbitration team from our Milan office has secured a major victory in an ICC arbitration for the Elco Group, a long-established producer of hi-tech printed circuitry with a global business. Partner Federico Banti and associate Eva De Gotzen acted as counsel in the arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce.
The dispute arose out of a complex corporate transaction involving multiple jurisdictions. A distinguished arbitral tribunal found in favour of Elco Group on all counts, rejecting the requests for relief of the Claimant in their entirety and awarding to OC’s client the legal costs and the expenses of the arbitration.
