CHAINels is a rapidly growing, Rotterdam based company active in the field of real estate and property management with their all-in-one tenant app, offering landlords, property management teams, tenants and service providers one place to access all relevant information about their multi-tenant properties. 

The Belgian based investors Aconterra and Capricorn have recognized the strong proposition of CHAINels and its growth potential. In order to solidify their envisaged long-term cooperation and to provide support to the rapid growth and expansion of CHAINels' business, with the aim of further consolidating its market position, Aconterra and Capricorn have acquired an interest in CHAINels.   

CHAINels will continue its business operations from its Rotterdam office, supported by the clout of two experienced and seasoned investors.
