Claudio, with past experience accrued in leading Italian and international firms, joins Osborne Clarke's Milan office as a partner in the ambit of the firm's growth strategy, which has identified significant development potential in the tax area.
Claudio has extensive experience in structuring M&A, private equity, project finance and corporate reorganisation transactions, in creating complex financial instruments and Italian and European investment funds, and in managing relationships with the tax authorities, in relation to tax rulings, APA/MAP, tax audits and tax litigation.
He will work, among others, in close collaboration with partner Cristina Gabardi, who, within Osborne Clarke, continues to develop the area of M&A Insurance, in particular that of W&I Policies, insurance policies that guarantee indemnity obligations in extraordinary and contingent risk transactions.
