Osborne Clarke announces the arrival of new partner, Filippo Palmieri, based in the firm's Rome office, further strengthening the firm's Corporate practice.
Filippo has a consolidated experience in commercial and corporate law. He assists Italian and international clients, including listed companies, in particular in domestic and cross-border acquisitions as well as in mergers, demergers, joint ventures and complex corporate reorganisations.
Filippo operates in all major market sectors, with a strategic focus on the packaging industry (where he advises numerous market players) as well as the energy and media industries.
With a PhD in Comparative Private Law and EU Private Law, Filippo has has always been actively involved in the academic field and is the author of numerous publications on corporate law as well as a monograph on corporate structures in the ambit of Anglo-Saxon law firms.
